
Beverley Butcher – is in charge of the part-time Special Education Program at SCS. She has recently finished her advanced level NILD courses as well as her Master’s of Religious Education. Bev has taught at SCS for many years and has had her own children attend SCS.
Jordan Butcher – is a graduate from the teacher education program at Queen's University. He has the distinction of being a student at SCS. He has taught at SCS for two years and is now coming back again to teach the Grade 7/8 class. Jordan's love for the Lord, teenagers, sports and the outdoors will serve the school well.
Kate Hagen – is a graduate of the teacher education program at Calvin College. This is her second year at Stouffville Christian where she teaches the Grades 5/6 class. Her character, passion and love for Christian education make her a wonderful addition to the SCS staff.
Wayne Hill – is employed part-time and teaches band to the Grade 5-8 students at SCS. Wayne has been involved in teaching elementary, secondary and university level students. His choirs and bands have won innumerable awards and certificates. In addition, Wayne has established the York Durham Academy of Performing Arts (YDAPA). Wayne has just finished his third year at SCS.
Jeni Hoover – is no stranger to SCS. She has the distinction of being a former student as well as a teacher. Jeni has very successfully taught many grades at SCS for a number of years. She also taught in Haiti. Her loving nature, quick smile and words of wisdom endear her to the SCS students and community. She is teaching Grade 3/4 for the 2007/08 school year.
Linda Kroon – holds down both the role of secretary and bookkeeper at SCS. She is at the heart of what happens at the school. Chances are that if you want to know something about the school, Linda will have the answer. Her friendly, quick laugh provides a good introduction to SCS. Linda has had three children graduate from SCS.
Loretta McGilp – is in her seventh year of teaching but in her third year at SCS. She teaches Grade 3/4. Loretta loves sports and physical fitness. Her enthusiasm and love for the Lord and children serve the school well. For the 2007/08 school year Loretta will be on maternity leave.
Rachelle Nieboer – joined our staff two years ago after graduating from King's University College in Edmonton Alberta. She has taught Grades 1 & 2 at SCS for the last two years. Her strong work ethic and patient, friendly character, as well as her love for the Lord serve her well as she starts our primary ones on their educational journey.
Jake Vriend – is in his third year as principal of SCS. He has been a principal in Christian schools for many years and is enjoying the challenges that SCS brings. His love for Christian education, children, sports, music and administration are appreciated at SCS.
Collette Warriner – has taught the JK/SK class in several different schools and settings for the past 20+ years. Her love for her students and God's Kingdom will serve SCS well. Collette is the mother of three grown children and is a native of the Stouffville area.
